Job Overview

Working alongside and reporting into the CEO, the Executive Assistant will be involved in a whole host of organisational duties, projects, and events on behalf of the CEO. This role will be pivotal in ensuring our organisational calendar is seamlessly created and executed.

This is everything from coordinating the weekly Senior Leadership Team and monthly Executive Board meetings, to executing the social, charity and external events throughout the year including the Summer party, Christmas party, award ceremonies, all staff conferences etc.

The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for ensuring that there is flexible and consistent administration and support across the business, including office management, process implementation/improvement and secretarial duties, to project and programme coordination and liaison with key stakeholders at all levels.

Expert organisational skills, meticulous planning ability, excellent communication techniques and an eye for detail are just some of the key attributes we see as being essential to success within this role. As the internal and external ‘go to person’ it’s important to us that the role holder is a ‘people person’, self-motivated and eager to be involved in all aspects of the business.

To be effective in this role you will need to have the below Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• Sound experience in Business Support, Project coordination or similar role• Able to assess future business requirements and create plans to achieve them• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels. • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills• Proactive approach to managing workload, using a process driven and methodical approach to getting the job done.• Ability and willingness to work to tight deadlines and withstand large amounts of pressure• Excellent copy-writing and English skills• Advanced user of IT, Microsoft Office, and other software packages• Project coordination and management skills• A high energy performer with the ability to remain positive during difficult times• A team player who loves working within a busy environment.• A passion for maintaining your own personal development.

Hours of work Monday to Friday - 40hrs per week (08:00 - 17:00)

Holiday entitlement – 28 days Inclusive of bank holidays


Role will be office base at Hook Rise, South, Surbiton, Surrey, KT6 7LD
